Our aquaculture has a long history since its foundation in 1971, started then as family business, specialized in the production of trout under a variety of processing.
Dellis group is continuing the production of trout over five years under the best natural conditions and friendly to the environment. Having 2 land based sites, the company controls the whole life cycle of the trout. Starting by the very beginning in our hatchery till the portion size in our growing plant.
This long year experience allow us to provide to our customers a high quality product. As well as Dellis group priority is to ensure the constant high quality trout respecting the environement and customers’ need.

Yearly production is approximately 300 tons which is mainly destinated to external market.
